Return & Refund Policy – HIVAROO

We offer returns only in case of:

✔ Damaged product
✔ Wrong product delivered

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images and unboxing video proof.

If approved, replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We do not accept returns for used products or change of mind.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
